The Power of Clarity
We used to basically every quarter. We would do our quarterly reviews and good or stock, which is an employee summit. And we realized we're like, why are we burning ourselves out on those months? So we just did a shift where fiscal stays the same. But that energy map project allowed us to see that and make that shift.
