Molar daddy's daughter was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor when she was six months old. Her face was severely deformed, and her father knew there was nothing he could do to make it go away. He almost felt this guilt that he caused her to feel this pain. Molar daddy now only has one molar left in his mouth but is living a happy life together.
