How Do You Modify a System to Account for Variability?

Samester: Why do you have two people who can go through the same system? Ah, why does the system not take into account the fact that two people are going to coe through the system and be wildly different? Samester: If we ever want to go back to school being effective for all people, it requires recognizing that teaching is a profession. Teaching is a craft. Just because i know how somebody learns, that doesn't mean i know how to teach them. You need to let teachers do their own thing, separate from the science. Let them be inspired and influenced by the science, but give them rein to make decisions.
