Coming Back From the Pandemic
In a lot of places, they're still feeling the effects of the pandemic and on their ability to to play and practice. And it's interesting, in some of the coaches that i talk with, particularly coaches that have been at this for a long time, 20, 30 years, they'll say, you know, betsy, i can't wait to go back to pre pandemic life. We may get back to what looks similar to life pre pandemic, but we're never going to be fully in a pre pandemic space. So even if it's an unspoken or unconscious desire, being intentional about making that part of our sport experience is a great way to connect with
