The Sailboat Metaphor of Developmental Psychology

i'm really interested in how a human can have be a harmonious unit. Most of us walk around pluting a civil war within ourselves, and then we project it out on to others. And what i'mreally interested in is that kind of sense inner wholeness in becoming fully human. It's mental process for sure. We're constantly having to jus choose growth. The idea of self accusation is a level, you know, life is not a video game.
