The Importance of Having a Captain in a Team
Harrison Murray Campbell was the ever-present in every fixture. Sometimes you want to give the captaincy to somebody who you're not quite sure about their capacity to lead. Does it bring something out of them now? They have the formal responsibility or is it not for them? You know who your leaders are and all of the players I've just mentioned. Harrison McMahon was another one who wore the captain's arm handle at the season. Got a lot of criticism in his time at Chelsea for being a very introverted character who doesn't lead. But we can talk about him in a minute and we'll go through a different position of groups.
