Changed Conic Tone - What Discoveries During Your Journey to Writing the Book, Changed Tones?

I think one thing that surprised me is to what extent we can change brain connectivity. So when you learn to play piano, we see changes in brain connectivity. If we think about anorexia patients, if you have eating disorders, we see a shrinking of the brain sotho. And after successful interventions, when patients are recovering, the cortex is getting thicker again. The brain is as very, very plastic, melable and changeable, even at old age. I think there was a big, a big discovery when writing the book.
