The Risk Free Rate of Return Is Above Inflation
Risk free rate of return has been higher than inflation in the past. But it just so happens at the moment, weve found the cash rate at record lows. It's below ery, the the risk free rate is below the inflaction rit at the moment. So maybe in the natural order of things you would expect, reasonably expect, that your risk free rate of returns should be above inflation for a lot of years.
