The Cap of the Debt Ceiling: A Plan to Do Nothing

Right now everything that we've paid into Social Security that's kind of in the trust fund and then treasure is our cash, which means that the taxpayers get about a one to two to three percent return. We're losing money every day on those investments. What do we do different? We set up a separate fund, invest it in kind of diversified portfolio. Just what every other pension fund does. You do that, you hold it in escrow for a few years and turns out we can cover 75% of the 75 year short call. But you got, you need up on the other 25%. That's where we need a president to show leadership.
