The Origin of the Word Worry
The word worry comes from an old ish word virigan, which means to strangle. In middle english, the original verb changed its meaning and now it meant to seize by the throat and tear it apart. I have seen so many people completely debilitated by worrying about things. There is never a reason to worry if you take action and solve the problem. If you can't do anything about it, stop and be entertained and let flow. Don't let the tea leaves remain in that hot water; Take action, remove them from the pot and enjoy that cup of tea.
