North Korea has implemented these really strict lockdowns across the country and also imposed very strict border measures so that nobody can come into the country anymore. The number of North Korean defectors that reach South Korea has drastically dropped since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We perhaps don't just a little bit more though about North Korea's nuclear capacity, we know that they possess one.
