The Leader's Actions Are Important
Leaders think they have to control everything, but in fact it's not about control. In other words, you have an idea of what you want, but your people are going to take to it different ways. So so i would imagine that the leader's actions are important, ah, to to reinforce the behaviour that you're trying to get. Is that right? Absolutely. I mean, you need to remove the weeds, nod in the way, and don't cur thep people.
