The Worst Megaman Game Ever?

There are multiple megaman games that could probably claim they have the worst dialogue ever. Yet, i would say the boss fights in x for if, if, if my notes are correct, was some of the worst. My biggest problem with thes this era is, i know i have played avers of megaman on the play station. I've literally played it, and i can't find it anywhere. If somebody out there, armigo, scot, that's easy. It's this, tell me, because i think i lost it this week.
