Is It the I C C, or a Special Tribunal?
There seems to be so many people on the grana, which is a good thing. But we don't have enough human resources. That's why i'm very appreciated that other countries can give us experts. And we will do everything with the international community. We collect this evidence for our national courts, for i c c, for courts in other national jurisdictions. Now, en states openede their own investigations about war crimes in yo cran now. The russians simply refuse to accept that this is what's happened or they just say that it's not true.
