The Unknown Location

The story goes that this young girl's uncle ended up hearing about someone who could help her. She remembers the man tall almost 7 feet pale white skin blonde almost white hair wearing a white robe like cloth. They arrived to this place that was nothing like you would ever think or have heard of but the place was all white buildings as tall as you could think. Due to this I'm inclined to believe everything she says as how could she lie if she didn't know much.
