Type 2 Diabetes - Is There a Better Management of Diabetes?
The research on added sugar and health is mixed. There's no good evidence to say that eating more added sugar quote unquote causes disease. Some studies show associations in a way that suggests something else other than sugar itself may be responsible for the increased risks. If you're currently engaging in disordered eating or chronic dieting, I would say that getting help to stop those behaviors may help reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
