I wanted a big misconception that the chef is actually cooking every dish. So usually one of us'll come up with an idea, or the cheff ill have an idea, and then we we kind of collaborate on it. And really to maximize not only the flavors, but the execution of that dish, where are we going to pick it up from? How is he going to get how is hegoing to look and taste exactly the same way we just made it?
