i know that there is no point where you can celebratea this is not a victory. Anything that you do will never bring them back. People often struggle with what to say to you because they don't want to say the wrong thing. Reach out for help, if you're having nightmares or can't sleep, or can't eat, go to the professionals. Victims support are an amazing organization. They have the ability to arrange for counselling if it's needed. But don't suffer in silence, because there comes a time when everybody else has to get back on with their wives. i think of her often. Am of her mam and er.
