Is There a Bubble in a Sea of Other Universes?

There's no way for us to ever reach those other bubbles. And scientifically, that's a big problem. If you have a theory that predicts something you can never test, then it's not really a scientific theory or a useful one. It's a guess. Does that one theory maybe were a bubble in a sea of other universes? What's another idea for what happened before the Big Bang? Well, another idea is that maybe there's a cycle. Maybe the Big Bang was caused by a big crunch.
