Is It a Sextortion Case?
Most of my victims are early twenties, late teens. The vast majority of sextortion cases probably involve even younger people. Though the child ponography offences are handled by a different section at d o j. But i do think there are a fair number of sex tortion cases where the defendant does know his victim,. but i don't have a fact pattern that involves that.
