Lemon Test v Kirtman
Lemon vi kirtman was decided in 19 71, a huge precedent in this line of cases. In the early seventies, it should be noted, were sort of the last gasp of the war in brenon court. The high court kept trying to abandon lemon without explicitly overruling it. Lower courts when they wanted to, would just invoke lemon. That's the ghoolish nature of it, right?
