How to Build a Product That Gets Customers

I think you bring some very different skills that are pretty complimentary together. You kind of work through a bunch of things. And I think, you know, it really helps be a good team early on. We had a business plan of how fast we were going to get product adoption and customers. But then we underestimated how much it would grow later. There's an obstacle we can't overcome with some casualties along the way. A lot of dead bodies, a lot of dead brave cells.
