What's the Alternative to Training at Uni?
Get as lean as is reasonably practicable. So for a guy or a girl, abs almost showing is lean enough. Don't get your membership at the KFC club. Just eat a slight surplus. You're gaining two to 300 grams a month for the whole of your degree. If you really feel like you're spilling over with body fat, spend two or three weeks cutting and get back on.
