The Ukrainians Are Pushing the Russians

CNN's John Defterios says there are three reasons Putin decided to jump when he did. The withdrawal from Afghanistan and wherever you are in the political spectrum, that was a real debacle,. And then I think number three for Putin was his own sense of his clock ticking, his internal politics. It looked like a pretty good spring for the Ukrainians; now we see that it seems Ukrainians are pushing Russians.
