I received an email, acty multiple emales, from a broker here the last few weeks. And they want me to to take on loans. They are saying that you have a very nice portfolio, so you can borrow against your portfolio down to one % and then, you know, no questions asked. I mean, i haven't seen anything as crazy as this before. Well, except o the last crust when i saw something similar. So there's a lot of crazy things going on because there is so much credit in the system, and there is nowhere to to put all that money.
