Is Prayer Working?

Many of us are pragmatic, we're Westerners, we're consumers, we're Amazon primers. Every time there's even an inch of growth in your spiritual life, it's because Jesus is praying for you. If on some Sunday you come into worship and you just feel kind of dull, maybe a little hopeless, then as the band is up here leading and singing, a certain song just reaches down into the darkness of your soul. The main thing I want to say this weekend is all of your doing, rest in the fact that Jesus is doing something for you.
