The Confusion and Mistrust of the 368th Infantry Regiment

The 368th infantry regiment was one of the most controversial regiments. They engaged in the news argon offensive, which would ultimately turn the tide of the war. The black officers of this regiment were accused of essentially disobeying orders and being worthless in terms of their leadership. During that time, 42 men were killed in 284 wounded. And he really develops a sense for the range, the bitterness, that many black soldiers and black officers in particular had based on their experiences in the war.
