The Importance of User Centric Design in an Organization

The article even says that user centric design needs to be part of the business objectives. It's still UX that's evolving from something that's less than perfect to something that is more. But you've still got to allow the fish to get out the sea. You need to start talking about it and then make people realize, oh, yeah, that sounds good. So we maybe should try that UX stuff.
