Chris: I think that improving the buyer experience is potentially the number one lever to growth. There's mainly two parties enabling the customer to do a lot of the buying before they talk to sales. And the other part is when they want to engage absolutely prioritizing when they are declaring intent to buy your stuff. Chris: It really has to be a business priority and you can make decisions based on what people are saying and then looking at it from there.
