DARPA did a study with snipers uh and they they induce flow artificially using transcranial direct stimulation. taught snipers target acquisition skills they learned them 230 percent faster in a separate study non-military also induced flow artificially. It cut the time it took the training novice sniper up to an expert level by 50 percent so massive boost in learning and memory is one of the things that drive that performance up in flow.
