At Yahoo, we built for small set of users. We wanted to give them the best experience first. If these people are happy, we'll release for everybody else. So that's how we chose our initial set of users and then data also gets smaller because now we are dealing with one million users. And in fact, even releasing to one million users, we started working with company employees,. Their data, how we can actually give them thebest experience and then release to one million Users. It was our Yahoo company's employees who we experimented things on. Once things started looking good, we started releasing features in a very controlled manner in production to the one million users and then beyond them.
