I understand the frustration. I've only been there three times, and i i was overwhelmed by what i was seeing. Some people er iv eager to call puting people on a bus or plain and shipping them to a nice part of the country cool. Then hou got to call having 14 thousand people living under a bridge in a hundred deree weather a cuel that happened last summer. It's cruel to have detention facilities that are overcrowded by three times capacity. That's cruel. Releasing a thousand people on the streets of el paso, that's cruel.
