Understanding Chinese Science: New Scientific Perspectives

There's a special issue coming up called understanding Chinese science, new scientific perspectives. MIT Press website is mitpress.mit.edu and look for the Quantitative Science Studies page. The publication output of China is now basically at the same level as the US publications. So this makes clear that China really is a scientific superpower. It's the country that needs to be taken very seriously when we study science.
