All I see are people trying to make money in Ho Chi Minh City. There is an energy here. People are ready to roll. And they clearly are making something happen. It's really cool. If Vietnam, you want to start a business, you can do it. You want to make money? You can doing it. America doesn't have the ability to build a Singapore right now. That's sad.
