What are some of the shared KPIs that you see in an org, in a healthy organization to help avoid some of that misalignment? And then I would like to get into some of the traps that are out there. A key one is activated signups. The number of folks who not only sign up but do something within their first couple of days could indicate they've actually reached out and seen value.
