Is Extra Legal a Good Idea?

Torture memos, military commissions and habeas restrictions have been exhaustively veted by all three branches of the government. To what extent is it useful to call them extra legal? Aiw, just to be clear, we might think it bad policy, et cetera etera, but it seems deeply legal. Yes? No? N n n no, i gree that. But that's the reason why i called it extra legalism.
