Michael Steele: GOP candidates are afraid to mention Donald Trump's name. He says if they want to defeat him, they have to do the same thing with Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush. If you can't mention the man's name, you can't take him down, he says. The test is whether or not a candidate will be willing to put everything in it to become president - including losing their primary -- before taking on Trump directly.
