Love and Intimacy

Jeff Stein: Love and intimacy can be acts of defiance. He says going to a sex shop could be meaningfully construed as part of the war against Russia. The Ukrainians had their lives completely bludgeoned, but preserving affairs of the heart amid this is a sign that they are not going to let the war prevent them from falling in love or enjoying life.
