The president's lawyers said that they would not be participating in any of the arguments before Judge McBurnie today on whether or not the report should be released. The statement made some factual claims about his interactions with this special purpose grand jury. I think it's quite interesting that former President Trump was never asked to appear voluntarily considering some of the language in certain cases, he says.
