The Indictment of Donald Trump
The indictment does not allege that Trump, it does not use the words incitement to violence as a charge. But it does allege that Trump conspired to prevent the transition of power by means up to and including the use of violence. There are in addition civil actions that on behalf of some of those people, some of them have filed suit. I think if I were one of them, I would feel like this indictment speaks for me.
