The Illuminati and FEMA
A 1982 paper by DOD and FEMA wanted to expand FEMA's power. The Attorney General at the time, William French Smith, read about these motives in request to add these powers into Executive Order 11490. He was appalled and condemned such plans in a letter sent August 2, 1984. That means if a major disaster, staged by the Illuminati, did happen, FEMA could exercise near complete control of where we went or who we talked to.
