Common Complications of a First T M T Joint Arthurdesis
The major complications include dorsal malunion, wouldh transfer meta tarsalga and recurrence. A cocop deformity is due to injury of the fossemidon or lcomitre. The most common cause of failure is insufficient pre operative assessment and failure to follow indications. It's also seen in a non compliant patient that bears weight a rounded shape to the first metatarsal head.
