The Challenge Is, Is It a Lost Opportunity?

I think it's a lost opportunity to not also examine blockchain and other GSA and technologies. We need new ways of thinking about consumer protection. Maybe instead of preventing, we're looking at specific outcomes that companies need to take. And if they take those actions, they can be scored or, you know, things that they can do.
