How Microsoft's Hyper-Personalization Impacts the Supply Chain

The right range of assortment in a local store is really a key differentiator. We're finding that investment for hyper-personalization within the supply chain is making a huge difference. Being able to recognize those local trends very quickly and address that demand in the market as a really key part of personalization as a strategy. I think where that's going next is we're getting a lot of interest in China which is perceived as the world's retail lab so we're kind of looking at what we might do there with customers and partners as the next step in the future.
