China's a Major Deception in the Foreign Policy Inbox

China subsidizes North Korea. China could pressure them to show some restraint in their nuclear program or their missile program. And clearly China is not doing that. I think China essentially wants to keep the Korean Peninsula divided and never wants to see North Korea crumble because it's worried about a united Korea that could be against this.
