There's only one trait on the Myers-Briggs that is scientifically validated. The rest of them are not validated, and they're basically, they're all positive. It's a test used to bolster people's confidence in themselves more often than really understanding their personality. One of the board members of the company that runs that test said he would never use that test in his own research.
