I don't think that you should be building your content around like, this word has to be in the title for my video to perform. It's duffly not how youtube works. I do think it is good that you anchor your video on one solid point or direction,. and that you don't your video isn't all over the place. That will make your video more straightfor and usually more enjoyable for the viewers.
