The Impossiveness of Procrastination

Les Caviot: I thought you wrote with a great, you established credibility, but youd write with a great self deprecating humor. And then i want to get into some of your great ideas on how we practically, ah, increase our motivation and decrease the procrastination. But can you tell us litle bit more about impulsiveness? You have a quote that i think captures it so well. Without impulsiveness, there wouldn't be such a thing as chronicprocrastination. What does that mean? There's a lot of ways of looking at this from a genetic level.
