Parkinson's Disease

There are no firewalls in the SCN between associative and limb-big, et cetera. I challenge any neurologist to show me a single patient who is not at the same time very good motor-wise. Show me an apathetic patient or who cannot move and still, you know, speed it up. So how come my patients who get a little bit strange are very moving and running and veryGood motor-wise?
