The First Kindlingus Conviction to Stand
Most states expanded son army laws to include Flatio over the 1920s. A few states also included kindlingus within the purview of a crime against nature. Women as well as men were prosecuted for Flatio and a few states. First kindlingus conviction was in 1917 in a case for North Dakota.
